When the Customer registers with us for the first time on the
platform or uses the services we collect the data such as Name, Date
and Place of Birth, Present Address, Source of Funds, Name of
Employer or Business, Contact Numbers, Email address, ID Number and
ID Expiry Date to comply with AML Law 30/2016.
Usage of Personal Information
When the Customer uses our online platform, we collect information sent to us by the Customerís computer, mobile phone or other devices in order to provide the Customer with the usage of the platform and to help us personalize and improve the Customerís experience.
The information sent to us includes, but is not limited to computer
IP address, device type, geo-location information, statistics on
page views, traffic to and from the sites, standard web log data and
other information. We also use personal data to resolve disputes,

a minimum 10 years in adherence with the requirement of the Central Bank of Oman.

The Customers will always have a way to access or correct their
personal data unless there are pragmatic or lawful reasons that
would prevent us from doing so.
